Preliminary Public Land Use & Phases
The preliminary public land use plan, seen in the graphic on the right (click to enlarge), provides an overview of several components of the project including public amenities, a small commercial node, public campground and recreation, single-family residential lots, multi-family residential lots, estate lots, and more.
The project purposely does not incorporate much commercial development in an effort to drive traffic into existing establishments in and near the lake development.
The five phases listed below outline some of the primary public amenities that Sapphire Lake will offer. One of the key components to this project is that all of these amenities are available to the general public, area residents and visitors alike, unlike other local lakes that are private to residents.
