This map shows the location of the proposed Sapphire Lake in relation to the City of Grinnell and Poweshiek County. The lake area would include approximately 380 acres of clean water as well as nearly 1000 acres of fully accessible public parks, camping and trails. The lake proposes a residential community comprised of on and off lakefront homes which will add a significant increase in property value to Poweshiek County over time.
